Our young people are nurtured in grace and are encouraged to participate as full partners in the life of the church; in worship, committee service, hands-on mission, and even by voting membership on our session.

We have a large and active ministry for young people ranging from high school down to toddlers. In addition to Sunday School, our senior high and middle school youth each meet on Sunday evenings for food, fellowship and service. They also enjoy various other events such as skiing, rafting, bowling, lock-ins, and of course the annual week-long Youth Retreat at the Montreat Conference Center.

Our kindergarten through fifth grade age children meet on Sunday evenings as well, for food, singing, play activities and a bible program. They also get to go to neat places like Discovery Place and the Children’s Theater.

For two, three, and four year olds, we offer a weekday pre-school, including a Mother’s Morning Out program. We also have Vacation Bible School each summer for children up to and including middle school age.
