Unity Presbyterian Church launched a three-year debt reduction campaign in 2017 to attempt to pay off our $1.6 million debt still owed on the sanctuary and fellowship hall that was built in 2005. Our vision is that we can go BEYOND our mortgage to ministries that transform lives – ministries of love and caring for all and that bring us closer to God’s plan for Unity.
We asked everyone to dream about making a greater impact on people’s lives as we move forward, imagine new and exciting ministries, look toward the future, and listen to God’s call. The response was tremendous – as of September 1, 2018 we have:
- Commitments totaling over $780,000
- Received over $574,000
- Made double principle payments monthly to reduce our loan to under $1.2 million
If you are able to make a commitment to the future of Unity, please call the church office or speak with an elder.
